Hello, funky monkeys!
I'm in a better mood- adjusting to my longer work hours! Last week I worked almost 70 hours, not including all my time with Avon stuff! Thanks for remembering me!
Marcie- Dealing with insurance is terrible. I really hope everything works out for you!
I loved my swimming with the dolphins tour! I went in Cancun (sorry Selena!) in 2001 with my sorority sisters for spring break. Awesome! If you can't do it on the cruise, maybe the next time you're in Disney World, you can do it there. I know they offer it at Epcot.
Karen- I am glad you're ok! I hate driving period. I was in a car that almost flipped over when I was 8 and I've been in 2 car accidents (one head on) in the past 6 years since I've had my car, so I avoid driving at all costs. I often have nightmares about falling off a bridge, too. I am really glad that you are ok!
Sandy and Heidi- hope all is going well with you guys!
Selena- I hate how they give you the run around! You should get at least what you put the money out for. Cancun is nice, but you should go for the best value. Unfortunately I have no idea what that would be for you!
As far as my trip plans, I am sooo excited! I have everything pretty much in place. The EMH hours came out and weren't exactly what I wanted but I decided I would just keep it the way I have it. I'm not really all about fitting in every ride or activity, I just really want a relaxing vacation. I have booked Ionithermie, Rasul, Couples Massage and I will also do the Rainforest Room and hopefully the Chakra Capsules. My boyfriend and I are totally into the spa thing so I am thrilled. I am surprising him with the REAS and I am hoping against hope that they will include the massage. I heard it's included with REAS until the end of the year. Well I have my massage scheduled for Dec. 30! I will just throw a big fit if they say no, since I was told I would get the massage when I booked it. lol. My boyfriend will love REAS. He's very appreciative of all I do for him since his parents really skipped a lot of gifts and stuff when he was little. They don't even give him gifts anymore and he's an only child. Not even a card usually, so I go overboard, to compensate, since I was always spoiled by my parents and 3 older brothers.
I am doing my Christmas shopping online. I have done about 1/3 of it. I am still trying to figure out how to give my parents an upright freezer for Christmas w/o them knowing, lol. ( I live with them!)
I love working at Curves. Everyone is so nice and it is actually enjoyable. I am getting a great workout every day, too! I lost 7 lbs four weeks ago, 1/2 lb the next week, 1/2 lb the week after and 1 lb last week, so I am really trying my best, hoping to lose 15-20 lbs. by Dec for my cruise! Yay!
Tomorrow morning I have my training for a new program at school. My teacher is actually my second grade teacher, so it's weird but exciting! She's a really nice woman and it will be nice to work with her now, almost 20 years later!
Anyway, I'll keep you all filled in on my happenings. I am making it through, thanks in part to Quick Chek's new Harvest Blend coffee- pumpkin, nutmeg and cinnamon with a touch of honey. A little skim milk and instant yum!
Take care, ladies!
