Okay, okay. I will post pictures of me too!!!!

My day started out by having people cancel on me so I was pretty sad but my best friend reassured me we would still have fun. Attire was all black with pink wigs.

It started out as a dinner so that my mom, my sister, my cousin (BM) who is under the age of 21, and my aunt could come. Dinner was at 5:00 at Champps. We were seated in the covered patio. It started out as a simple dinner and then Taura started to accessorize me with a tiara and veil, bachelorette sash, shot glass necklace, etc.

My first drink Taura bought me was a One Night Stand, it was pretty good but a little too sweet for me.

We ate dinner and Taura whipped out the Bachelorette dice and Bachelorette point charts. My mom was the first to get points because she winked at a guy passing by. I couldn't believe my mom did this, it shocked me. She is usually not like this. Then the suprise guest showed up......

So we all took bets on how many people we thought we could get to take shot out of...the.....um......sheep (we named her Sally). I guessed two because I know if it were me I definitely wouldn't have done it. My mom guessed the highest at 12. Well it went way beyond 12, Sally got around the bars and we stopped counting. The bartender at Champps was the first up taking a shot.

He asked his boss if he could participate and he said no but he did it anyway so he moved really quickly.

Now on to our shots. I of course had a BJ shot, my mom and Shannan had a chocolate cake shot and my sister and Taura had a lemon drop shot. I have never seen my mom or my sister ever take a shot so I had to document this with a picture.

Next up was opening up some gifts. I had to hold them up to model them and of course I was facing the entire restaurant, everyone was staring at me while I was standing up and "modeling"!!!

Then I got to the bottom of the sack and she wrote a note and said, okay not so safe and she also got me this:

After dinner it was time to really start drinking. We tool the Lightrail and started at our first bar called Blondies. My mom and sister weren't going to go but they decided to come there with us for one drink. We ended up with a huge Bachelor party and they bought us a shot, Washington Apple. I have never seen my sister and my mom take so many shots before!!!! My sister was getting a buzz and her and my mom took the lightrail back and went home while we (Taura, Shannan and myself) continued downtown to another bar. Now I don't have any pictures of this part because we didn't bring my camera, but when I get the pictures back from Shannan I will post them.

The girls ended up taking me to Coyote Ugle. As soon as we got in, the girls working on the bar was trying to get us to come up to the bar. They were announcing that it looked like a Bachelorette party had just arrived and we were in pink wigs. They kept asking for the Bride to be to get up on the bar. I was very hesitant and stalling and the customers sitting at the bar kept saying they would help me up to the bar. I stalled some more and then the bouncer came up to me, told me to put my arms around his neck and within seconds he lifted me up on the bar. So there I was, stuck standing on the bar with my bright pink hair with the crowd cheering. The girl then started asking the crowd for $5 and she collected $20 to do a body shot. The girl told me to lay down on the bar, so I did. She then basically gave me a lap dance, danced on me, told me to sit up and she put the shot glass between her "girls" and told me to take the shot. I did and then she squeezed the lime into my mouth from her mouth. She then turned up the music, helped me up and made us stay up there and dance on the bar while we were joined by the other coyote ugly girls. It was fun.

I got down off the bar to get a drink, but of course that wasn't good enough for the girls or the crowd so once again I was back on the bar dancing along with the other girls with me. One fo the girls took Sally the sheep and was riding her all along the bar, Sally was very popular there and everyone wanted pictures with Sally. It was a blast, but then we were off to another bar.

We went to a few more bars after that, made a lot of friends, had a few more drinks and a few more shots and then it was time to go home. It was a blast.

After reading Heidi's report I think I want to give a little report of my own.
My weekend with the hottie:

Friday I wasn't feeling the best, I had a Thirsty Thursday hangover. Lorin got to my house around 6 and we hung out and caught up on our week, then I got dressed up and we went out to eat at a seafood, steakhouse. 2 of his friends met us there and we had a few drinks and ate dinner, the dinner made me feel much better. He is pretty health conscious too and we ate good but pretty healthy all weekend. I had Herb Parmasean chicken, a salad and baked potato. He had salmon. After that we decided to all go to one of his friends house so they could play their guitars. Pretty much all of is friends play instruments. Lorin sings and plays the guitar. His friends had me laughing all night, I really had fun hanging out and getting to know them.

Saturday we got up and ate breakfast then took an hour walk around town. He tries to walk everyday, which is right up my alley. It was pretty cool for May on Saturday, it was a nice walk, we talked so much this weekend. The whole time we walked we talked. After our walk he went to visit his Mom and his friend while I showered and got pretty. By the time we finally got out we were both starving so he took me to Carrabas for Italian food. Excellent meal, excellent service, excellent company. From there we went to best buy because he wanted to buy a new laptop so he can use it to start studying for the CPA exam. He bought one and then we looked at printers for me. I think I've decided to get an all-in-one printer soon so Aerial can scan her drawings into the computer. They really aren't that expensive. When we got back in the car he asked me if I wanted to meet his Dad and baby brother. They live pretty close to the Best Buy so we went over there. His Dad remarried 4 or 5 years ago and she had never had a baby so at 51 years old he has a 7 month old baby. He is such a cutie and Lorin's Dad and Step-Mom were very nice. (He hasn't brought me to meet his Mom yet, I think that would be a bigger deal). He took out his new laptop and checked it out. We stayed over there a couple of hours and then we went to another friend of Lorin's and had a few drinks then ended up going to the Karaoke bar. Some of my friends were there. Lorin and his friend John sung a song and one of my friends came up and said Wow you didn't tell us he could sing like that. Lorin's friend John is an English teacher at the high school Aerial will be going to and tomorrow he is interviewing for assistant principal. So, of course I told him all about her so he can keep an eye on her.

Today he went to his Mom's for breakfast, then came back over and we went for another hour walk. It was really hot today and I got some sun. I really enjoy talking to him, we have a lot in common. Then he asked me if I wanted to go shopping with him so he could get some shoes. We just spent all afternoon hanging out before he left for Houston.

His friend John is playing at a bar next weekend and wants me to invite all my friends, so we are all supposed to go out there and hang out.

He's really nice, took my keys, locked my door. Opens the car for me, etc. etc. etc.

I think I'm going to miss him this week.

Marcie - Sounds like Lorin is a nice guy. How fun to hang out while everyone was playing instruments. I wish I could get Chris to walk with me, we use to but stopped for whatever reason.

I am exhausted!!!! Last night was the night we could book excursions, Palo, spa, etc and we were in for a few minutes then we got the dreaded error message. Finally an hour and a half later we were able to get everything we wanted but Palo Brunch.

So, right now, my coworker, Josh, and I are cracking up looking at the photos of the bartender doing a sheep shot. I kept the "clothing" photos to myself, though. I think I like the yellow one best. Sounds like you had a really fun time. I'm glad.

I spent Saturday afternoon at my sister-in-law's house building a fence with her husband so, when I was laying in bed early that night reading because I was worn out, I looked over at the clock and said to Tammy, "I bet Heidi doesn't even have a buzz yet and we are in bed."
