Sorry I have not posted in a while. I have been really sick and just felt awful. Last weekend we went to the beach for my birthday. Woo Woo I turned 39 last week for real too! lol Had a nice time but drank too much on Friday night so Saturday I did not feel real well. Not hung over just extremely sick on my stomach.
Then we get home and I come down with a cold. You know when you have a cold you get better daily well not me! I was getting sicker for 3 days. Finally today I feel decent.
My brother is home. I was able to see him yesterday and my parents and brother are coming down this evening for a cook out. We are grilling steaks. I have potatoes to fix and some cantouple cut up. I also am going to attempt to talk Jeff into fixing some veggies on the grill as well. lol
Erik's first week of school did not go well. He had his Science book stolen and he lost his cell home. That was a costly thing for us. His book was $41.67. His deductible on his insurance was $95.
We took him to get the new phone yesterday morning to be told we had to file a claim. Now I know that sounds stupid of me not knowing to do this but when he lost the phone I called to cancel his service and asked did I need to do anything elser to get a new phone and was told NO. We get there and have to call to file the claim. The jerk I spoke to would not do a claim unless we call the police and did a report for a lost phone. Now have you ever heard of that? lol We came home and I called the sheriff's department. When the deputy called me back he laughed at me and told me we do not have to have police report for a lost phone. I called the insurance company back and spoke with a nice lady this time. I explained how I was laughed at my the police and how I was told I do not have to have a police report. She was so nice and said lets just go around that. We went back to the cell company with the claim number and was there 2.5 hours!!!! 1.5 waiting to be helped. Once we finally had someone help us he was nice enough to allow me to go ahead and redo-contract my phone. I was not suppose to be able to do that for 8 days. He said why come back and wait for another 2 hours for help. Erik was able to get a silver LG8600
and Jeff bought me the Moto Q
Now I need help trying to figure it ou!!! lol I do have my phone numbers in my contacts. Jeff had put in songs for certain ringtones for him and the kids. I am now trying to find the Wicked Witch for my mom. I know I am so bad!!!
OK, I guess I have typed everyones ears off!!
Alex's birthday is coming too right?
