Yea, Aerial says she is sick of sitting home and no one talking. So, I might stay an hour or so. I'm nervous. We are trying to talk another girl into going too. Did I say it was ladies night? I guess maybe that means men will be there. LOL. It's a Bar & Grill wtih a gameroom so Aerial should be fine.

Well I talked to the lady at the apartment, half the complex is in the bad school district, half in the good district. Well since we decided to put Aerial in private school one more year, I guess school is not even an issue for a year. She has no available ones in the school district, she said she can put me in the bad district with a 6 month lease and then I can transfer. She says she is sure they will have something then. I will have to move furniture, utilities, everything when I move across the complex. I am bummed now.

I already talked to my lawyer and boss, yes i'm leaving. I made another apt to see an apartment tomorrow. Maybe that other place wasn't the place for me.

Marcie - Don't settle with apartments, get all of what you want. The sales lady might just want a sale so she well say anything she can to get you to rent.

I know, that's why I think maybe the one I'm looking at tomorrow is better. I can't trust that in 6 months they will move me.

Update: That bunny stealing, apartment trashing stripper? She has a warrant out for her arrest on 4th degree criminal mischief. She apparently heard about it and turned herself in but got out on bail.

I heard more about the case and the disgusting words she wrote, pictures she drew, damage she did, and insults she wrote about my family members. I am in shock over how vulgar someone could be. The cops wanted to call an ambulance for my SIL when she saw the things this woman said about her (on the cabinets, furniture, etc.) She is still hysterical.

Insurance said damage totals 35,000 approx. and a man came does restoration/cleaning and he said he's cleaned up apartments after fires and places filled with dead animals and it wasn't this bad.

I am trying to think of something to write to my SIL - to make her feel better - to not take what this loon said about her personally and to have faith that it will get better and that she will pay her due. Any ideas?

In Texas I know it is considered adbandonment..... If you've already talked to a lawyer though I'm sure he knows more then me!

Lulu, I am not creative to help you but good ol Jrsy is sooo good at making people feel good. Maybe he will come up with an idea. 35,000 is unbelievable. She needs a therapist plus do some time!
