Sandy, I had written Karen an email when I got her ornament and I never got a response. I sure hope she recieved it. Would you happen to know?

Selena, Keeping Jeff's family in my prayers. Telling from a family member of a transplant receiver, it can be the best thing that ever happened. My Dad was so sick before he got his liver and he had 10 good years afterwards.

I found out the date of the Mardi Gras Dance yesterday. Now it's time to bring Aerial shopping for a new formal and make hair appointment, etc.

I would love to do one of the Repo cruises, but the Westbound would have the kids missing 15 days of school and the Eastbound would have them missing probably the first 8-9 days of school. I can't do it, The end of school will be Rachel's 6th grade year and then the beginning of jr high.

Marcie, I watch AI the first night, but not last night. I have never watched the auditions before and it hurt my ears.

Exciting news here. In my backyard I can see actual non-snow covered ground about 6 feet out from one section of my porch.

Yes I watched AI, I love that show!!!!! Those people are so crazy. I know some are set up for the ratings of the show, but some people seriously think they can sing when they can't!!!!

Hi guys,

Marcie, I haven't heard from Karen for awhile so I am not sure whether or not she got your thank you. Sometimes it takes awhile for her to surface.

I watch AM and love it from start to finish. That is coming from a person that refused to watch the first one. No one is standing out this time like usual.

I am booking the eastern PC repo again. I am not sure if we will keep it for several reasons. One, it looks like the price went up. Two, I loved several days at sea in a row like last time and this time they don't have it. Three, we are really, really wanting to go to Alaska. I am going to research out Alaska soon and make a decision to keep PC or go to Alaska.

Cristi, we don't have snow next to our fence in the backyard but still have tons next to the house.

Selena, how is Sandra doing? Pixie dust and prayers her way.

Marcie, I keep forgetting to ask you about the weather. Are you getting the nasty cold? The news keeps talking about TX.

Well we didn't get the ice this far but it stayed under freezing for 2 days. It's finally up to 40 degrees now. I think it's supposed to stay in the 40s all the way through next week and we have a lot of rain in the forecast. I have been battling a head cold and now I've been coughing so I went to the drugstore at lunch and got some medicine.

Yea, right now that timer looks like a long time but hopefully it will start looking better soon. This Saturday will be my third already.

Marcie - not the greatest time to get sick with the workload you are under I'm sure.

Marcie, our doctor recommends Zicam. Have you ever tried any version of it? Our friend from NJ that was out here last week got sick while here and tried it. She felt that it helped with lessening the symptoms and duration. This time of year is tough for you. You sure don't need to be sick while under stress!!

Marcie, take care of yourself and don't get too rundown. My mom swears by Airborne.

I don't want to do an Alaskan cruise. Don't get me wrong, Alaska is beautiful and I enjoyed my trip up there, but when I am cruising I want warm temps and lots of sun and sand.

Cristi actually i hate cold weather so I don't know why I want to go to Alaska. Dane & Aerial want to go more then me, but I still think it would be something to see.

After I wrote earlier, I went to make copies and I went into a really bad coughing fit. I guess from the dust at the copy machine. So, I called the pharmacist to see if I could take my cough medicine with nyquil sinus and he said yes. I have been having a bit of trouble sleeping again and sinus medicines wire me up that's why I got Nyquil. I think I will go back to the store and try Zicam though. I hope this med helps me sleep but I hope I stay up for Grey's first.

Hey Marcie, are you wide awake enough for Grey's??

We have been on 6 cruises with one coming up. I think that I am willing to give up the heat to see the beauty of Alaska. We have friends who have done it and they have me so psyched for it. We will do a land and sea tour. Princess has their own train and lodges. It sounds great and the pictures are enticing!

Cristi, we take Airborne too. More when we travel though.
