Barb, the other Disney Store is at Southwest Plaza. DS's kindergarten teacher works there during the summer.

Heidi, I don't mind the laughing and actually I probably should blame it a little on the drinks from the excursion. Maybe if I hadn't had the banana benders my reaction time would have been quicker.

Barb I have to apologize to you. I am very leary now of new people. I have a really bad roll call on my cruise that is coming up in 2 weeks. I have posted some of it on here. I also know some of the stuff Heidi has had to deal with and wanted to make sure you were a good person. My bad I know.

Any true friend of any one on this thread is welcome with open arms by me.

Yes, today is Aerial's birthday!!! I can't wait to give her, her present. Okay, I'm being a kid haha.

Lately I've been so busy, I keep forgetting what i've posted and what I haven't.

Did we draw names yet?

Tomorrow I have to go to the doctor for my stomach. Did I ever tell you I get bouts of pancreatitis? I have to go every 6 months usually but my stomach has been hurting a lot so I made an appointment a few months early. I have to get well before tax season. I haven't drank any drink in a while now. But once I'm well look out.

We got a cold front today the temp was about 75 this morning but has been dropping all day. I'ts 64 now. Time for me to break out the leather jacket.

Anyone hear from Karen lately?

Ok guys, the names for the Secret Santa is out. I am in the process of notifying everyone. I believe the limit was 10 last year. Let's keep it there unless the majority want to up it. Not a problem for me. If any of you need help with addresses, either email me or pm me. We need to set a date to open. Something like mid Dec. I do not know who had who last year so I hope no one got the same name.

Barb, Selena has had a VERY difficult time on her other board. Simply horrible.

Marcie, I am soooooooooo sorry to hear about your pancreatitis. My dad and neighbor had it as well. I wrote Karen last week about Secret Santa. She is doing great but is very busy. She is going to participate in the Secret Santa.

Selena-I understand your being leary. I must admit when some things showed up on our board I was completely shocked with things that were said. I was so glad that it was explained to me. I kind of showed up on this board about the same time so I do understand. I had actually asked Heidi and Sandy if they thought I could post on this board before I ever did. This is a strong board and it I sure enjoy the other board. Sandy and Heidi are so special to me and it makes me sad that they are dealing with the stuff they are.

Marcie, I am soooooooooo sorry to hear about your pancreatitis. My dad and neighbor had it as well. I wrote Karen last week about Secret Santa. She is doing great but is very busy. She is going to participate in the Secret Santa.

Actually I don't know if I ever said, but that is what my Dad died from. He had a LOT of other things wrong with him and had, had a liver transplant. He contracted Hepatitis from a work accident back about 15 years ago which caused his liver to eventually fail. Anyway, I found out I had pancreas problems when I was pregnant, so 13 years ago. I've been on medicine for it for a few years. Then out of the blue, my Dad has an attack and never left the hospital. He never knew he had problems with it before. The doctor he had for it is my doctor and when my step-mom asked him while my Dad was in the hospital what could have caused it, he pointed at me and said genetics. Just weird I found out way before. He didn't have a gallbladder, so that wasn't it. They took that out 15 or so years ago. And, they've checked mine and say that's not what causes mine. Apparently it's genetics, hormones and different meds set it off.

I'm glad Karen is going to join in.

I really gotta go, we are going out to eat for Aerial's birthday. Thank you for the birthday wishes and ty Barb for the compliment on her name. See I read. Okay, one of these days I will catch up.

Barb - Southwest Plaza is right down the street from where my mom, Cristi and I live. It's about 10 minutes away from my sister's house in Littleton. The Park Meadows Disney Store is bigger than the one at Southwest plaza.

Barb, yes she's an only child. She's the only one I will have so she's a bit spoiled. She turned 13, a teenager now. When's the Pampered Chef party?

Hmmm, as much fun as that sounds.....I really don't think Fat City and trying to get 10 year olds together sounds very relaxing!! You know after such a big huge party that I am putting on, I will probably need to rest. Catch me next time though and I can help you out.

Oh my Jrsy, been there done that when my girls were younger and it was still Funplex. Have a terrific time. Actually, everyone was perfect. Never lost anyone. They all stuck together.

Marcie, I am soooo glad that you have the Dr. that you do. When my dad had an attack they accused him of being a heavy drinker. He had to convince them otherwise. Yuck, now that I know it is genetic, I wonder if I will have a problem down the road. Now my neighbor had an attack and she IS a heavy drinker. I lost her friendship during her emergency because the paramedics asked me if she drank a lot and I felt I had to be truthful.

Talked to the manager last night at Best Buy and told him everything. He is going to take it to corporate. He was a terrific man. I hope he wasn't just being nice to get rid of me. It could take another 4-5 days. Every time it is 4-5 days. That is getting old. 4-5 days turns into 1 or 2 weeks.
