Awww. Another Cranberry thread!

And ours was started in July, too. Just about the same time of year.

I will catch up and post more as soon as I can. I'm working at Curves from 8-1 and 4-9 tomorrow, so I'll catch you guys when I can- and I'll show you a pic of me and "Princess, the sequel" as I am referring to my niece. (much to the dismay of my SIL, lol)

Yesterday I saw the cutest pirate earrings at Claire's. Aerial comes home today so maybe sometime this week we will go get them.

Well I need some pixie dust as well. My mom went to her mail box this weekend to find a jury summons for me on August 21st in Federal Court. The summons states that it will be at least a 6 week trial. I am sending in all of my confirmation and cancellation information. I really hope they excuse me, because if they don't I may have to pay a $100 fine and stay in jail for up to 3 days so that I can go on this vacation that I have been planning for a year.
I am not missing my dream vacation.

Heidi maybe they will reschedule you. They did that to my DH when he got a federal court jury summons. He had to work out of town and they rescheduled him for a few months later. They have to know you aren't going to cancel. Good luck.

Thanks Marcie. I am all about being a juror and it would be okay if they rescheduled it for another time, but no way during my 15 day vacation!!!!! We were talking about it at work and I am hoping maybe it is the huge case regarding our janitor contracted out company. That is huge federal investigation/EEOC case. I know all about it and my coworkers brother was actually a part of the crime so I am biased. What happened was that someone from the company had a room set up in a federal agency building that would require the women janitors to perform sexual acts on men to get a job. This happened for year before they were busted.

Heidi I received a summons when I was pregnant with Erik for a federal murder case. I was told to expect to be sequestered. I freaked out. I was 8 and 1/2 months pregnant. I wrote a letter explaining I was pregnant and when my due date was. I also included my Dr's phone number for confirmation. I recieved a letter back stating that I did not have to come but expect another request in the future.

I really hope this works out for you. I know you want to go on this vacation. Prayers your way girl!

Good morning!!! I got the IPOD camera adapter in yesterday. We took some pictures on my camera and then transferred them to my IPOD and then took some more pictures and transferred. The second time it transferred all the pictures again so then I had 2 files with some being double. So, What I will have to do is delete the file already there everytime I transfer again. After that I plugged in my IPOD to my computer and it was very easy to transfer the pictures to the computer. It pulled up my webshots program and in there is a button that says copy pictures to computer. It let me pick where to put them and everything. I think I'm really going to like it.
