Hi, ladies! (and Jrsy!)

Yes, Sandy! My ornament came Wednesday. I am so excited to see it! I also got Cosmo in the mail today! I am so excited! I will think of where I can take him around here. These packages were a great boost to a terrible week. I had a horrible flu - and so did my parents and Robbie - and a huge project to do at work. (It was a big thing - the union complained about my Boss making us do it over the weekend, etc.) My father is now walking with a cane due to a torn meniscus.

I hope my Secret Santa's received hers, too.

I know that Karen has received/sent hers out. I am happy that Lulu posted that she has hers. I don't have mine yet but a little birdie posted that it was sent. Other than that, everyone has theirs. I say, opening date for Dec 11th should be fine. If mine doesn't come by then I will post when it does. Can't wait to hear all about everyones!! Monday will be an active day!!

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. We don't have any big plans that I know of. We probably will got to the movies and out to eat though. DH got a $50 gift card to Regal Cinemas so we will have that to use and then I actually have two smaller gift packs to Regal Cinemas too. Too bad there isn't a Regal really close to us.

Sandy I keep forgetting to tell you something. You know how you were asking about the lighted crystal I have, if it gets hot left on. Well after I turned it on to show it to you I forgot to unplug it for like 3 days and it was still cool to the touch. So it would make a good night light.

Hey, that's what I had my surgery for, though I didn't need a cane before or after. If surgery is an option, let him know that after 2-3 weeks, I was back to using my knee like nothing had ever happened.

Here is some strangeness from our house over the past couple of days: on Thursday night, we had just come in the house from being at Zoo Lights. Alex hung his coat on a chair in the dining room, then turned around and was surprised that I was right behind him. He said, "Oh, I thought you were standing over by the TV." I said "Maybe that was Pa." And he answered, "No, it was someone skinnier." There was no one else in the house. Then, last night, I was in the bathroom trimming my nails when I see the light go on in the hallway. I got up to look, but no one was there. Tammy was sitting at the kitchen table and Alex was playing a game. Neither could have done it. Weird, huh?

BTW...Christmas tree? Check.

Hi everyone. I am sorry I have been distracted with a bunch of bull. lol

Good news I hear my boss will be retiring in June. She needs to her health has declined alot in the last 5 years. She is also going to have to have another back surgery. She just had one a year and a half ago and another one ten yers ago. She also had a case of Bells palsy (sp) about 4 years ago. She still has some numbing going on in her face from the episode.

I am thinking of booking the Pride in Feburary 2008. What do you guys think? A bunch of people I know will be on the ship and a couple of them are encouraging me to book. I just had planned another group to go with them in 2008 and it is a must. It is a reunion of us all for the Freedom in November. I just am not sure if I can afford both and still do a nice vacation with the kids. I can book the Pirde for only $25 pp snce it is a group cruise. I have until September cancel. Decisions decisions.

Aerial is at her Grandmother's (her Dad's Mom) and she sent me this text message this morning with this picture

She tells me that her Grandmother's cat had kittens and she said she could have this one. Of course we couldn't say no. So, she's bringing her home with her tomorrow. I get to name her because Dane & Aerial named our other two cats. Any ideas??? Isn't she adorable? I am thinking Callie or Tink.

I am just so tired of it all. I honestly have not done anything to these people. They are on that board calling me a liar (no names mentioned though). I am getting emails asking why she called me a liar though. She did not have to post my name. She replied to one person saying how I have her on ignore. The next days she copied the reply when she gets to my post JSME is on your ignore list and posted it on that thread. The mods are not doing anything. Oh man I could tell you a lot but I will not. Look for an email Heidi.

We got her last night and she has been meowing nonstop. She misses her momma. And, Mitsi our oldest cat, (she's about 4 and my baby). She is sooo upset. She's been hiding under the Christmas tree hissing. I can get her out and pet her but if she hears the meow she hisses and is back under the tree. We put the baby in the pet taxi in Aerial's room for now with food, water and a top of a shoebox with littler. I hope the hissing doesn't last too long. She is soooo tiny that I don't want to leave her alone with the other cats yet.
