Craigslist ads not showing up

Anyone have problems with their craigslist ads not showing up? I'm really frustrated right now, because our account lists our ads as 'active' and when you click on the confirmation email it takes you to the ad. However, when you go to the craigslist site they are not there, and they won't even turn up in a search.

Anyone have this happen before and what did you do?

There is absolutely nothing illegal or wrong with what we're selling either. Sometimes we sell on ebay, but since my husband is wanting to sell his Xbox 360 & tons of games, we'd hate to lose too much money from that in ebay and paypal fees (lately it seems as though what we earn on ebay gets paid back to them with all their high fees ), and I'm trying to sell things that are much to difficult to ship, such as a large baby swing etc.

We used to sell similar things in the past without any problems (always mainly baby/toddler-related things) and this is just turning into a huge headache.

FYI, I also cleared my cookies and refreshed my pages, and still nothing

I posted something about a week ago and had the same problem. I just waited 20-30 minutes and then it showed up. Maybe just give it a few minutes

Thanks, maybe I'll check again later. They didn't show up after posting on Friday. Reposted them last night and they are still not there... so maybe they could show up later?!

I've had that problem, that and making revisions to my ad and the revisions never show up. I know A LOT of other people have the same issue, I found a FAQ or contact or something on the site and there were a lot of people complaining about it. I had to delete my ad, wait the 24 hours and then do it again. One ad I had to do this twice.
