I am heading down to Disney in 10 days.

I am traveling around one afternoon / evening to some breweries / bottle shops in the area.

However, I want to know of any "cool" or "unique" finds around the parks.

I already have a few I am looking for including: Ginger drinks @ Jock Lindsey's, Rekoderlig at the Brown Derby Lounge, and an alcoholic Dole Whip in Animal Kingdom.

Any other cool, unique, different finds around Disney!?

Raglan Road probably has the best craft beer selection.. I know they have an iPhone app, unsure of an Android app, but check out the 'beers and ears' app...

A few notable ones in EPCOT:
  • La cava del tequila is often a favorite
  • Rose and Crown pub is good, but nothing particularly interesting
  • Schöfferhofer Grapefruit in Germany many love
Beyond the above...

Blue zoo is great for unique cocktails so would heavily encourage it even if just the bar area. Beyond that you'll find a lot of similar fare throughout the parks, with a few signature restaurant lounges and other bars having some of the better and slightly more unique options. Personally I've found the African beers at Animal Kingdom are quite nice, and personally always enjoy the Fairytale sparkling where I can find it.

The beer selections at Disney is one of the more underrated aspects of the vacations. A few of my favorites:

La Rossa at Italy
Kiren at japan
Half and Half or and Guiness brew at Rose and Crown in the UK
Sweet water 420 at many establishments.
Tank 7 at Jiko in the AK Lodge and at a few other places.

Those are just some of mine, but there are a ton of great beers at Disney. The Beers and Ears app as mentioned above is great and helpful in finding beers and also has some good reviews. Enjoy your trip.

High on my list is the beer flight at Big River Brewery at the Boardwalk.

In Epcot, I like the Tokyo Sunset drink in the Japan Pavilion.

Tipsy duck in love was my favorite. Coffee, tea, chocolate, and bourbon as an iced drink. Very tasty. At joy of tea.

http://www.orlandobrewing.com/ It's an organic brewery. They have in the past carried one of their beers at Raglan Road, where I tried one, and it was tasty.

If if if the Canada beer cart has Unibroue's *cherry* Ephemere, GET IT. You literally cannot get it outside of Canada, except in the Canada pavilion, but you can't always get it there.

I'm a huge brew pub fan but I don't particularly like Big River Grille. My must visit when at Disney is Sea Dog Brewing Co. Near Disney Springs on the Palm Parkway.

if not Le Cellier, visit the Unibroue cart in Canada.

I don't like Big River Grill a lot either (the beer isn't bad, I just don't like the place) but without a car, the options are limited as far as brewpubs. Maybe one will go in at the Springs.

If you like hoppy beers grab a Cigar City Jai Alai from either the bar at AKL or 'Ohana and a Napa Smith Hopageddon from The Wave. Those beers were available at those locations in June.

For local breweries check out this post.

All the deluxe resorts have the same bar menu that includes a couple of local craft beers (Cigar City, Orlando I-4). IPAs are difficult to find and you won't find one in any park, only at the Deluxe resort bars, even though an IPA may be on the menu (e.g. Block & Hans in American Pavillion of Epcot advertises an IPA, but doesn't have it. Publix supermarket has a good selection of local beers.

If you haven't checked out some of the deluxe pool bars you should as well. The Grand Floridian had a nitro beer on tap a while back.

We always enjoy a visit to Sea Dog Brewery just outside of the Downtown Disney area in the vicinity of Crossroads Plaza. You can see it heading westbound towards the downtown Disney exit off I-4 just before the exit. It's a little tricky to get to, but worth it. Good food, good happy hour, fun souvenirs in the gift shop.

Yes, I should have said the deluxe resort bars that are in the hotel have the same bar menu.

Oh my goodness, do we love that Schöfferhofer Grapefuit Hefeweizen. Only 2.5% alcohol but so delicious! We found a local German place in Renton, WA that has it on tap year round.

@bumbershoot, from your name I suspect you are a PNW beverage snob like myself and my spouse. Thanks for the tip on the cherry ephemere. I don't normally care for Belgian beers or Hefeweizens, but always find some to make a liar out of me.

Although they might have the same bar menu, it's not true that every deluxe resort bar has the same drinks though. Ask the bartender what they have in bottles, and take a look at what they have on tap.

Ok well put it this way... The printed bar menus in each deluxe resort bar are the same, just in a different bound cover. The foods are different at each resort and the menu reflects that.
