Cracking Knees

maybe that is a good point- if it doesn't hurt when it cracks maybe they are just air pockets....
for those "shots" in the knee for releif....been there did that and it made my knee pain soooooooo much worse we only did 2 and the ortho said "NO MORE" these are not to make things worse...and On to surgery we went. I also tried PT prior to surgery and it didn't really do anything...

My Mom has always had it... could always tell when she was coming down the hall mine do it sometimes, thanks Mom!

Really tho, in her 60's is when she started with pain, she will have to do surgery at some point, she cant walk a long time more and more

Just wondering what type of shots you got...My DH is going to be getting synvisc?
