I'm hoping that lots of people who own at OKW dump their contracts as resales to buy into KTV. I want to buy at OKW in a few months, and I'd love for the price to come down a few points.

Supply and demand doesn't matter with DVC contracts since Disney has a Right of First Refusal and unlimited funds!

I would love to buy DVC at Kingdom Towers. I'm sure that they will be priced as less than affordable, though.
