Cr to whispering cnyn to ft wild. Will this work?

I've never done this route before nor have we eaten at whispering canyon. Will this work in this amount of time?

4:30 leave cr - boat to wl
5:00pm ADR at whispering canyon with 7 people(4 adults, 10,9,7 yo)
6:30pm leave wl and boat to ft wilderness
7:00pm hay wagon ride
7:45ish after wagon ride head over and watch the outdoor movie. (anyone know if wagon ride drop off is close to the movie?)
9pmish leave for CR (staying at BLT)---do I take boat to wl then to cr or ferry to mk and then walk to BLT?

Idk the answer but maybe try the transportation board. They are great over there

You take the boat directly from FW to the Contemporary boat dock. Easy!

Looks good but I don't think the the hay ride starts near the marina you will have to take an internal bus to I think the bike barn so plan accordingly.

ETA:Now that I look closer at your times, this may be a little tight.

If you get seated a little late and just miss the boat to FW and have to wait for another it could be a little tight to get to the hay ride at 7:00.

I agree with the PP that the timing may be a little tight, especially if you just miss the boat at WL. As for your last question, the one about how to get back to CR from FW....there is a ferry boat that goes from FW to WL to CR (it may go FW to CR to WL too, just depends on the route for that day) so you can just take that and be fine.

The Boat back to the Contemporary operates until 11:30 PM, so you should have no problems using to get back there and then you can walk to Bay Lake Tower.

I just glanced but I don't think you are leaving enough time to get to WL for your ADR. I'd leave CR earlier for that one.

I'd also shoot to be done with your ADR 15 minutes earlier to get to Ft. Wilderness. I've waited for that boat up to 30 minutes. There is a path you can walk from WL to Ft. Wilderness - it's about 20 minutes to walk it if you need to.

The hay ride leaves from the marina and the movie is in the middle of FW. You have to take a bus to the Meadows.
