First, let me say I struggled with this over and over prior to finalizing my reservation. I am so glad we chose CR. We really loved it. We arrived on Sunday evening from the Magical Express around 6:00. We had reserved garden wing/view. We got to the room. Bell services immediately brought our Garden Grocer order. I went in the restroom and noticed there were no toiletries but a half used bottle of lotion
and also noticed a cap under the sink as thought it had not been swept well. No big deal but I had not packed shampoo after reading about the H2O products. We then received dds basket I had ordered from Betsy. I reminded the very sweet CM Trisa that we needed some toiletries and the bathroom just needed a little cleaning. Well, 5 minutes went by and Trisa called to say we had been upgraded to the tower.
I want to stress that I did not complain, I was really not upset. Our view was fine, etc. We had bay view and it was wonderful. We were on the 11th floor. We NEVER were disturbed by the construction, in fact we loved watching it. We saw the water parade at night, etc. It was so beautiful and so peaceful. Second day there dd received a signed card from Cinderella and balloons for her birthday. We could walk right on the elevator and right off to go to monorail. The room was wonderful, spacious and the beds were very very comfortable. I have back problems and my back did great. Free computer access was great. I could see my photopass every day. Loved the way the bathroom was set up. I could close the door to toilet and the bathtub was separate with vanity. We loved it. We LOVE the Poly but we really loved this as much if not more. Mousekeeping was great. DDs bear was reading the newspaper with my sunglasses on and her HSM Minnie was sitting higher reading over his back one day. On her birthday she received several towel animals. I had set up a table with a princess tablecloth, confetti, her birthday presents, etc and she put one towel animal on there. I thought it was a very calm and relaxing resort. The only thing I question is the mugs I purchased and then we were told in the grab and go we no longer use those
WHO CARES! We are at Disney is what I thought. I took lots of pics but dont know how to upload to here. We also ate at Concourse steakhouse and it was soooooo good. The dining plan saves so much money. There were days we spent no money at ALL!!!
Would love to see some pictures too. Question for you...how is the center part on the 4th floor coming along? Do you think it will be done by the time we arrive? Thanks!
