CR renovation question

Have the tower rooms been renovated? If the renovation is in progress when do they expect the work to be done? We'd like to go in May 2006 if the work is done. TIA!

The 10th Floor in the Towers were undergoing renovations this week while I was there (Monday-Thursday). They are completely roped off with tarps over the hallways so you can't see anything that's going on.
