We just returned from a south wing room and it was FABULOUS! Our mousekeeping was the best and our room was very "contemporary" with an Asian feel. These are absolutely my favorite rooms on the property (we have stayed at all the deluxe resorts and most of the moderate). It seems that some folks in the tower rooms have elavator issues, but in the south wing we always have easy elavator access. You will love your room! I have heard some complaints about the sinks in the bathroom, I love the style and had no issues with it not draining! I'm trying to talk my husband into installing them at home! I wish I was there enjoying the water pageant right now!

What kind of issues did some guests in the Tower have with the elevator? Whenever my family and I are up on the 12th floor we never had any major problems with them, because I always found them to be very fast. I admit there are the odd times when they would stop on every floor so I just chalk that up to other guests needing to get on at that time, or it's to full to get on so you wait for the next one. However in my opinion those are minor problems.
