CR Redemptions--how long?

I just cashed out with CR for the 3rd time. The first time it was for Disney $ & I don't remember it taking an unusually long time. On Nov. 14 I cashed out the 2nd time for B&N gift cards (teacher gifts). I did not receive them until Dec. 14--1 month after I requested them. I just requested another Disney $ cashout on the 16th--it still says "Not Yet Processed."

I realize it is the holidays & everyone is busy, but I really hope they get here before we leave.

Does anyone have more experience with CR cashouts? Is the month I waited for the B&N gift cards normal?

I'm more used to QR & SR where I receive my cards very quickly--lots of times within the week of requesting them.
