CR pools and crowds

CR has two nice pools. One with a double loop slide and mickey head shaped. The other large round pool with a view of Bay Lake.

The Wings have about 267 rooms in them. If filled to capacity, lets say 4 people per room - that would be about 1068 people.

Our concern. No more North Garden Wing and in it's place, in 2010, the DVC at CR, Bay Lake Tower will be open. I think the DVC wil have 14 floors. On each floor maybe 15 DVC units, so the DVC would have 210 units. DVC units average 8 people in each - so that would be about 1680 people.
Do you think the CR pools could handle the extra people staying at the DVC ?

The WL pool is too crowded now the DVC's are there. The DVC pool is so small, smaller than the quiet pools at the YC/BC and POR. So I assume that is why the DVC'ers use the WL pool, plus it's themeing. Our kids hated the WL pool.

I believe they have plans to build a large pool closer to the DVC units.

So cool if the DVC has their own pool too - maybe like the round pool at CR with the view of Bay Lake. If the DVC unit would add a slide too - that would be two pools with slides guest could use
Even without a slide, there would then be 3 pools for CR & DVC CR guests to use.
Thank you. We love the CR and were afraid the pools would be over run like the WL pool were when we stayed there.

The CR is so cool. Walk to MK and monorail to EPCOT, both our favorite Parks !

CR BLT DVC - from the DVC boards says 281 units.
Again averaging 6 people per unit = 1686 people.

618 more people than the North Wing can hold.

If another pool is buildt for the CR BLT DVC - what a cool resort CR will be

Plus maybe I can convince DH to finally buy into a DVC when we go to WDW in 2010, unless all the CR's are sold out in 6 months !

CR DVC supposed to open fall of 2009.
We go to WDW @ the CR Easter 2010.

I can see all this happening once the DVC building opens because I know they added another pool at Villas section of the Wilderness Lodge when their DVC section had opened.
