CR /Magical Express ?

We will be taking the ME to the CR in Sept. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what other stops(resort drop off) the ME makes on it's way to the CR. Or the return trip to the airport?

It depends on time of day and who else is coming in at that time. I have shared with GF, Poly, and WL. CR has ALWAYS been the last stop coming from the airport.

Should I call DME to find out? The reason I ask is that we will be traveling with 3 little ones who will be quite antsy at this point in our travels-or so I anticipate!

There is no way of knowing now what the bus order will be. Once you leave the airport, the driver will announce the order of the stops. It still has never taken more than 60 minutes, even being the last stop, from the time we have gotten on the bus and the time we have arrived at CR.

When going back to the airport we generally have stopped at WL before moving onto the airport, but we always take late flights, so our DME pick up is around 6pm and there aren't a ton of people traveling at that time.

It can change as stated above but on our trip it was MCO-WL-Poly-CR, then back to the airport it was CR-WL-MCO.

When I was there in March, we arrived mid-afternoon (around 2) and went to WL, GF, and Poly before going to CR (although I don't remember the exact order).

When going back to the airport (early in the morning, before 7 AM), we were the first pickup, followed by the other 3 resorts.

If you get 50 replies about what order people had drop-offs, you'll probably get about 30 different replies. This is for two reasons:

1) There is no pre-set groupings of resorts on DME buses. There are some common groupings but there are no set groupings. It all depends on who is going where at about what time. Disney will make the groupings the most efficient for that time.

2) There is no pre-set order of drop-offs. The drivers are told what resorts are on their buses but they are NOT told in what order to do the drop-offs, it's at the discretion of the driver.

So like I said, any first-hand reports you get will have NO bearing on what your experience will be. For example, on my recent arrival night the first drop off was Port Orleans French Quarter, the second drop-off was Contemporary and the third and final was at Grand Floridian. On the say back to the airport, we were the only stop and the bus was much less than half-full.

So as the saying goes, your mileage will definitely vary.

Just to let you know our order (we stayed at CR)...WL - First, POLY - second, and CR was last

Thank you.when we used DME last time we were at the BW and it was a quick trip. I was afraid that the trip to the CR would have more stops.

I've taken DME to BW and it's been stop number 2 and sometimes stop number 3, and once it was stop number 4!! Go figure!!
At Pop??? Usually the first stop, but once it was the last stop..of three.
BLT? Same thing. I've been to BLT where DME made two stops prior to BLT, and once at CR, we were the second stop.

There is really no way to know, beforehand, what resorts you will be stopping at. Figure on it taking 90 mins, from gate to resort, and you should be just fine. It seldom takes that long...just a worst case scenario.
