CR gym free for DVC members?

I was reading through the CR FAQ and read "Use of the facilities for Disney Vacation Club members is complimentary. "

Does anyone know if this is
1 - for DVC staying on points
2 - or just anyone who is a DVC member but paying cash for CR?

Can't answer this one but as a Gym Rat I reckon SSR Gym is unbeatable.
