Does the daybed make into a twin bed? Would a teenager be able to sleep on it?

How big is the teenager?

Prior to the refurb, my younger sister (at the time, she was 22...she is 5'5", probably about 130lb at the time) slept on the daybed for 7 nights and loved it. She preferred doing that to sharing the other queen sized bed with me.

I have heard that since the refurb, the beds are even larger, and more comfy.
