CPGV or Marriott Cypress Harbor? free or pay?

We hav an offer for a 2 b/r at CPGV for FREE from a friend, which is very generous. However, we can also get Marriott Cypress Harbour for $400.00 for the week, I realy love the look of the Marriott, but sshould I just save the 400 and go with COGV. This is trip is mainlly for some R&R but we will take the 2 kids to the parks 2 or 3 times. Any opinions on this or is it a no brainer? CPGV looks nicee =, but the Marriott looks killer.

but the Marriott Cypress Harbour for $400 is a great deal, too.

I love Marriott, but I love free even better That would pay for some park tickets.
