CP Role Preference

Hello!

I plan on applying for Spring of 2013 and I have a quick question that I tried searching for but couldn't find a discussion about it.

If you plan on auditioning for Entertainment should you even put it as a role preference on your app? I feel like it would take up a spot and doesn't necessarily increase your chance of getting assigned to Entertainment, that's based solely on the audition.

What are your thoughts?

On the application you put every role you're willing to do. It's in the interview where they ask your top 3/5/whatever. Though they didn't even ask that in my interview.

When I applied before for Entertainment I put it as a role preference and mentioned it in my phone interview. I knew (and the interviewer knew I knew) that the results would be based on the audition, but I decided to let her know anyway. I'm not sure if Entertainment by default trumps all roles and you get pulled automatically if you pass the audition, but if you put Entertainment third and like Photopass first I'm not sure what they would do.
