CP Question

I have a question before I book my CP dinners tomorrow, though I'll probably still book the dinners either way.

I'm planing on booking two CP packages. One on 12/13 at Le Cellier for the 8:00 show, for around 5:00 PM, and one for 12/16 at Garden Grill for the early show at the earliest possible time.

Anyway, my question won't affect my plans for Garden Grill either way, but, at Le Cellier, it might.

I know an appetizer, entree, and dessert are included. I also know that lobster entrees are not. So since it's specified that lobster entrees aren't included, does that mean I can choose from anything else that's on the regular menu?

Mostly I'm interested in the cheese sampler as an appetizer, but I know that's considerably more expensive then some of the other appetizers, so I was wondering if that would be included as a choice for the appetizers.

My friend was there in May and she said she ordered the cheese sampler for her appetizer so hopefully when you go it will be the same for you.

Not to sound impatient or anything, but I would really like an answer in the next half an hour - since then I'll be off the computer the rest of the night, and I'm calling Disney Dining first thing in the morning.
