I think OP means Crystal Palace! And I don't think there is a huge difference in the actual food on the buffets. Dinner is just more popular and people tend to book b-fasts and dinners more than sit down lunches. So it costs a bit more.
I think they serve prime rib on the dinner menu. We usually get a late lunch reservation and stay long enough to get whatever they are serving for dinner as well as what they serve for lunch. Everything changes, including the desserts. So if you see something you like on the lunch menu, make sure you get it before 3PM when they change over to dinner.

Wow - we never did CP for dinner. Prime Rib and Shrimp - our kids favorites and now they will be teens the next time we go (DS = 18 and DD= 15)- I think we will do dinner and not breakfast - as long as we are on the meal plan.
No meal plan - they will have to deal with breakfast for the less $$'s OOP
We did a 2:30 lunch and they started putting things out a little after that. I think they use the 3 o'clock parade lull to put out most of it. I love the adobo pulled pork.
