Okay so, I am freaking out and figured maybe someone on here could help lol..

I applied for WDWCP Fall 2009. Applied sometime in March, did the phone interview March 23.. To me the interview seemed to go great!.. My first choice was Character/performer followed by Attractions & Character Attendent. My phone interviewer said that my application would be put on hold until after my audition... I auditioned in Raleigh, NC April 19th. It since been about a week and a half and still have recieved no email, no letter, no anything. So earlier I called my recruiter to inquire & she broke the news to me that I was cut from character/performer but that my application was "still pending" and that they had not made a final decission on it yet.. Idk, that statement worried me a bit because I feel like with applicants getting accepted since January, is there a chance that at this point there may not be very many spots availible for fall still for attractions or Char attendent?? & also has anyone else still pending as well or heard anything posative/negative come from this? this is a HUGE dream of mine, and im an absolute wreckkkk

Calm down, hun. People are still getting accepted for fall and I'm sure there are still some places open for you. You might not get one of your top roles, but as long as you checked quite a few, I'm sure you'll be fine.

No. You could pick as many roles as you wanted. I picked 4 roles.

Wow, i had no idea you could pick more than 3.. kinda bummed lol.. well since i only have 2 options left now (Attractions & Character atten) what are we thinkin' the chance are .. can I/should I call recruitment and say I wanna add more even though im currently pending? ..

Because I really don't care what role i get, i just want to be accepted and be part of the magic!!.. or is it once interview, and say which roles thats it?..

I would call your recruiter and ask them if you can add roles, many other DIS'ers did the same thing and it was no problem!

I added roles just last week so you should be fine! I got a pending letter today saying that I would get a definite answer by June 1, more waiting, but at least its not a no.

Yup....I don't think I could deal if it were my second

I didn't audition for character performer....The roles I picked were merch, hospitality, concierge, attractions, vacation planner, costuming, main entrance, and photopass.....

I'm actually wondering if I should add custodial or any others now?

What did you end up adding?

lol Katie, I think you're BEYOND fine i'm sure of it ..Thats a lot of options, i can't see why they wouldn't have a place for you in all of that! So unless you reallyyyy wanna do custodial, i would just leave it be.. & p/s: when did you say you interviewed?

I interviewed on April 13. My DBF interviewed on the 14, but he hasn't received any letters from them yet

Hopefully we will both get our "yes" letters soon! When you go what date are you going to pick to check in on?

We would probably do the last date in Aug., the 24 I think....our sublease ends the 14 so we have to be moved out by then, my cousin lives in Raleigh so we would probably leave a couple of days early and go and see her and her two little boys (the cutest kids ever! ) but my mom also wants us to go on vacation with her, so I don't really know what we are going to do lol

Okay, sooo.. my friend who i met during character audition just recieved an email yesterday saying that they regret to inform her but that they are "full" for the fall/fall advantage season. So she was confused obviously, and figured it might mean for character/performer..however, she wrote her recruiter inquiring what this meant and her recruiter said it was unfortunately for THE WHOLE SEASON!!.. I havn't recieved and email, or my letter yet or anythinggg.. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?? Does this obviously prblly mean i'm not getting in either or any of us that havn't heard yet for that matter?..
