CP discount ?

My daughter is scheduled for January for the CP program. Was wondering if anyone knows, if we book a hotel room now for a trip in March, would we be able to switch to a discounted rate that she would get once she's in the CP program and what is that discount?

No....you can't book a CM rate hotel room until you complete Traditions. I believe your daughter will get access to the portal on about her 4th day (from what I remember) So, you may just want to book a room and then see what your daughter can get once she has access. Normally she will receive 40% off and 50% if she stays with you. Rooms and dates are limited though. But I never had a problem getting a room for family when I was on my program.

CPs can't get discounts til they get their ID, which they receive at Traditions on the third day.

That's a bummer, we are going over Easter so I'm afraid there won't be any rooms available by the time she gets there in January, debating if we should just book offsite to be sure we have a place to stay.

I don't know about Easter, but my mother and my best friend got a room discount over spring break when I did my CP this past spring. I believe they booked in February. I know that is different, but there still may be hope. They stayed at Pop Century, so maybe the cheaper hotels will have rooms available.
