CP dining package question

Hi! I called WDW dining with this question and the CM, who was very nice, wasn't sure of the answer so I'm asking the pros. If you do the CP dining package, and chose to eat somewhere like France or Canada, what is included in the package- just the entree, or an appetizer and dessert as well? I assume non-alcoholic drinks are not included. The CM thought it would be entree, appetizer or soup, and dessert, but she couldn't find the information anywhere. Thanks for the help!

for future readers - full buffet or entree, appetizer and dessert, unless you are using the basic dining plan to pay for the package, then you don't get the appetizer.
