CP Birthday breakfast...

Do they do anything special? We're eating here on DS's birthday for breakfast, and will have CS the rest of the day, just want to make sure his day is special. We'll do cake the night before at Kona, cause the day before is DH's birthday!! Crazy, I know, just want to make each of them feel special, and at the same time, treat them both Unique for their birthdays. DH will be 39, and I KNOW my dad will have a hayday with him next year, so this year, I just want him to feel special, but want DS to feel the same way. Any ideas?

We had breakfast at CP on DD's Birthday last April and they decorated our table with sprinkles. Also, she received a card signed by all the characters and a cupcake with a candle in it. We all sang Happy Birthday to her and she was really embarrassed

Oh wow, that's awesome!! I have on our ressie that it's his birthday, so hopefully they'll do that! He'll LOVE the cupcake first thing in the morning also!! NICE!!! LOL

It was my birthday and Tigger made me lead the group around the room waving my napkin Lets talk about being Embarrased.

The napkin waving is done at Contemporary's Chef Mickey's. I don't remember them ever doing that at the CP. Although CP does have a parade around the restaurant with the kids and characters.

They have decorated our table for my birthday and also for our anniversary and brought me/us a card for both occasions as well as a cupcake (this has been the last two years).

They do have a parade led by the various characters and people at the tables near us (and those kids taking part in the parade) were definitely waving their napkins

We really enjoy the CP, but there is no guarantee that they will do anything. Disney "magic" is random.

We have celebrated birthdays before, sometimes my kids have received cupcakes, which is wonderful. Sometimes even when it is noted on the reservation they haven't even been told "Happy Birthday". Point is, you just never know.

aww you will love CP breakfast!!! Have fun!!

On our honeymoon they gave us a certificate and a cupcake. I'm sure they will do something for your son. They are usually really really good with the pixie dust there.

Good, very glad to hear!! My dad and stepmom will be with us, none of us have ever done a character breakfast, so this will be nice for my ds. He's turning 11, so he doesn't want a fuss, but of course the mom that I am, and since he's my baby, I'll take whatever fuss I can get!!!! LOL The card, table confetti and cupcake would be lovely! DH's birthday is the day before, we're going to Kona for dinner for him, I hate having their birthdays so close, cause it's so easy to do parties together, but it's also nice to have each of them their own separate thing, ya know?
