CP and PI question

I just got accepted to Spring Advantage in my 1st choice and I am excited for this but I also applied for a PI which I had my phone interview and it remains at the "interview stage" on my dashboard. I know that there will be a 2nd interview if I get to the stage. So, how does it work if I put in my acceptance paperwork for the CP and then get the PI? Thanks.

What they told me (I was in the same boat last term) is, go ahead and accept the CP. If you get the PI and want to take the PI, they will transfer whatever you have paid deposit-wise over to the PI, which will go toward your rent if you choose to stay in housing. If you find your own, I think they'd be willing to work with you that way too- I would email them just in case, though.
