Cozumel Beach/Hotel ???

I know there is a hotel on Cozumel that lets you use their beach and hotel facilities for $5.00. Has anyone done this and if so, Which hotel is it???

Someone we know did this and doesn't seem to remember the name of the hotel, so if you've been there, done that we'd appreciate any info.
