Covergirl Blast :)

I was wondering if anyone else has tried the new line by Covergirl?? I absolutely love the new lipglosses they have came out with..they have a light airy feel and a super sweet smell. I feel like it gives me a subtle hint of color but it isn't something I feel uncomfortable wearing everyday!! I have yet to play with their new color blast for the eyes..has anyone tried those? Do you think it is easy to achieve the smoky eye look or is that just a gimic to get you to buy? TIA for the opinions!!

I haven't tried the eye colors, but I swear by LashBlast Volume mascara (in the orange tube). I love the way it goes on & makes my lashes look, and it comes in Brown, which is much more flattering for my pale face. =)

I have the Blast campaign too. My eye colors are green/orange-brown. Haven't had the courage to try it yet. Just a little too bright for me. Maybe the orange-brown really lightly applied would work.

I like the lip gloss well enough. I do like the scent. I can't just wear it alone, it looks like I ate something greasy. I think my lips may be a bit dark--I'm Asian. I have used it on top of my usual lipstick and I like the shine.

I was in need of a new mascara since the one I liked before has disappeared from store shelves--always happens like that and makes me crazy!. So I bought the Lash Blast for Length (yellow tube). I like it, just wish it went on a little thicker; however, two coats solves that problem. Also, the fact that it doesn't clump makes it a winner in my book.

I wanted to love the Eye Blast but it does not stay put at all. And I am a cream shadow person. L'oral just got rid of the ones I love. So I was hoping these would work. The way they go on is great easy to get a nice look but they dont last.

Not trying to BZZZ on here..actually just wanted decent opinions before I try a new type of eye color! I wasn't too fond of the bright colors but I am going to try the brown duo and see if it works!

I am not very impressed with the eyeshadow I got the brown, gray it looks great when it first goes on but it does not say on at all.

I am not impressed with it at all. I got the lipgloss and I couldn't stand the smell/taste of it. I had to wash my entire face almost immediately after I put it on my lips.


I'm glad others like it, I'm just very sensitive to taste/smell on my lips I guess.

There's a new one out - Lash Blast Fusion (blue tube), which combines both volume & length. I'm planning on picking that one up next.

I tried the eye shadow and am also not impressed. I could not get the second accent color to go on over the bottom shade. Great idea, just doesn't work!

I have the green/orange brown one and really wanted to like it. But I don't. The first layer (green) goes on well, but the orange brown doesn't. And the stick broke off at the base. I was super careful using it, but it just broke right off. Once I had the color on, it looked OK. Definitely much better than I expected when I first saw the colors. I do really like the lip gloss.
