Anyone know the hours for the Cove Cafe? I think I saw that it's open until midnight, but I couldn't find out when it opens. It sounds like a place we're going to want to frequent!

Despite the wacky hours listed on the DCL website (which I've emailed about and they won't adjust) in my experience it usually opens around 7am.

Looking at my Dream Navigator from last October...

Cove Cafe was open 7:00am - 12:00 Midnight

Was Cove Cafe (or Vista Cafe) open the morning of disembarkation day? We'll have early dining, and I don't think I'll want to have a sit-down breakfast at 6:45am!!! Am hoping Cove Cafe or Vista Cafe will be an option. Thanks!

Yes.

You could go to Cabanas for breakfast on the last morning. We always go to the buffet, it's so much easier.

Is the Cove Cafe primarily a coffee bar? Do you have to purchase a drink of some sort to have access to the food there?

On debarkation day, the Cove typically opens at 6:30. They say it closes at 8:30, but I've sat there until well after 9, and no one has said "boo" to me.

No, you don't need to buy anything to help yourself to the pastries they have. You've already paid for them with your fare. You can walk in, plunk yourself down, and sit all day, and they won't so much as frown at you.

The Cove Cafe is, for me, one of the best places on the ship, and the CMs there are among the best of the crew.

Hope this helps! :flower3:

I saw those prices listed somewhere on here a while back....maybe when the Search is up and running, you can find it. I do recall that the specialty coffees were reasonable, IMO (and I know from experience what a lot of places charge, being the coffee snob that I am! :thumbsup2)

Thanks for the information. Can't wait to enjoy some JAVA on the High Seas!

and once again a really DUMB question:

what IF you want just a good, black, plain coffee....but not the "stuff" that is served by the pool......is it any better than the Nescafe?
:scratchin:confused3:confused3:confused3
