Cove Cafe hours on Disney Fantasy

Does anyone know when Cove Cafe opens and closes on the Fantasy?

I just checked a couple of the Fantasy's personal navigator's from the DCLblog. Cove Cafe is open 7AM-midnight on an 'at sea' day, and opens at 6:30AM on a port day.
