Cove Bar wait time on a Friday night

We will be a party of two- what is your best educated guess of a wait time? I am thinking an hour but would love some expert opinions!! Thanks!!

I haven't done it on a Friday night specifically, but every time I've gone my wait has been about 45 minutes.

Do they give you a buzzer or text you so you can go on some rides while you wait? Or do you have to wait there?

I have heard that there are times they will take phone numbers and text people, but I have never experienced that. Every time I've been there you just had to wait.

The 2 times I went there, it was an hour wait in line. Nobody would take our information and message us. Everyone had to wait in line. I don't wait in lines that long, so I haven't been. Maybe on a rainy day I'll be able to check it out.

Thanks for the responses. I hope we're able to do it on our next trip, just not sure I want to wait that long!! I wish they would take reservations.
