Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

The address of this hotel is 8623 Vineland Ave. There are so many Corutyard's I wanted to make sure you knew what one I was talking about. Now...... Has anyone stayed here lately? I believe it is a new hotel. The web page says it is 1 mile from each Disney park. This can't be, for it would be directly in the middle of WDW if it was. And then it would be still further than that! LOL! How far is it really if you have stayed here? Does this hotel offer EMH? What about parking at the parks? If we drive to the parks how much would that be a day? Any other comments about the hotel? Thanks so much.

I believe this is exactly where my friends are now. The hotel is fine, though the transportation to/from parks is VERY limited. They are unable to watch Wishes and Fantasmic! without using a taxi back to the hotel. Too onerous to go back to room for mid-day break. If you stay there, please use your own car, and I think it would be OK.

My brother and his wife are staying here and we are staying at Pop Century. Would they be able to drive and park at our resort and ride the buses with us or is this not allowed? Has anyone ever done this? Thanks for the info so far.

The WDW resorts all have gates and cars are checked for credentials as they go in. You can usually park to go to eat at or check out the resort but there is a 3 hour time limit. I don't know how strict they are enforcing this however.

I would just get a parking pass at your resort for them. If you don't have a car that shouldn't be a problem.

At the resorts that don't have a parking problem they would just show their drivers license at the gate and they will let you through. Then you could put the pass on their dashboard.

We stayed here for 3 nights in April 2004. It is in walking distance to Bahama Breeze and very close to the new Premier Outlet mall. You technically could walk to DD, but the traffic is scary. It truly was only a few minutes to drive if you hit the lights correctly!. PM me if you have any questions about the property.

Anyone know how to get good rates here? We would like a marriott property for a one night stay before checking into POR. We will be arriving late so we just need something inexpensive for one night.
