Courtyard Marriott DD or Super 8 Motel?

I'm not sure about the Super 8, but I HIGHLY recommend the Courtyard Marriott DD. We went with the special 20.02 rate in August.

we stayed at the Courtyard in 2000 and it is dh's first choice for a moderate priced hotel. In fact, I just made ressies today and the manager told me that they *may* be offering a very good discount again this year. He also said that they are working very hard to make your stay a memorable one.

They have a complimentary cocktail hour each day, I think. So, a great price and 'likkered up' for free. HOw can you beat that?
