Courtyard by Marriot?

I noticed on Dave's tribute page that courtyard by Mariott is not too far from the port. Has anyone every stayed there? I have reservations for the Radisson, but have noticed that everyone seems to stay there and it can be difficult to get on the shuttle. So I was considering other options. Any opinions?

Well, I haven't stayed there (Courtyard) yet (we're staying 6-18 before our cruise). When I asked about this hotel, I received very positive feedback. The nice thing is that it is right across from the beach, not oceanfront but I guess there is a very short path to the water. When you make reservations, ask them for the cruise package. I got ours for $99. This includes a shuttle there and back to the hotel. Although it is not the closest to port, it is only a few miles down the road.
