They have posted on their Facebook page that they will be accepting reservations for October 25th onward beginning May 15th, and that come June, they will start accepting reservations for earlier dates. It looks like a terrific place! However, I am hoping hojo's sends out the super family rate for October soon. I'm wondering if they even will...

It's sort of disappointing how long this is taking, though not surprising. We're planning a family trip with a few aunts and uncles and grandparents in late September/early October but now I'm discouraged from booking there because I can probably get a better rate somewhere else if I book early. So I guess I'm going to have to book somewhere else then cancel if the new hotel opens up on time, which it really should, right? With an open date a month after originally planned.

Yeah, I was a bit disappointed too... we are arriving Aug 23 and with their new opening date of Aug 25th, I don't think we will be staying there. We wont want to move halfway through our stay. Now I am just hoping that HoJo has a discount for the dates we will be there. We ended up booking at Park Vue and have been watching the new Courtyard and HoJo for discounts.

We are super disappointed too. They were supposed to open mid-July, and we are arriving mid-August. I thought for sure we would be able to stay there. Now we have no hope of staying there. I mean, there is no shortage of hotels, but the kids were looking forward to the water park, and it really made the hotel decision so easy. So disappointing.

I don't really care what the outside looks like. I want to know what the rooms look like and what they have inside :)

All the rooms are supposed to have bunk beds.
I read that there would be a lot of bunk bed rooms; didn't realize all rooms had them. It still doesn't tell you what the rooms look like, how big they are, amenities etc. It probably doesn't matter for me, anyway. I love Courtyard Marriotts but I have no interest in bunk beds.

Will you also give a handy PDF of the room floor plans like your neighbor the Hojo Anaheim? We really find that information helpful in deciding which rooms to book. Please, Please do!
Answer:
Yes indeed, we are in the midst of doing those now. They will be up before the actual photography is complete. They'll give you a great sense of the various layouts in 3-D. Stay tuned!

Oh, thank you! Yes, that is great information!

Most hotels allow you to cancel within 48 hours of arrival so you could always book somewhere else now and cancel if you end up booking at the Courtyard.

On the Facebook page they mentioned a rough unofficial guide for pricing. Regular rooms around $259, suites starting at $290. Prices will go up or down depending on time of year. They mentioned they are a the only deluxe hotel in walking distance so will be priced higher than others but lower then disney resorts.
