Courthouse Question

Hi everyone,
I know that there are always so many question about this sort of stuff but I'm really nervous we do this wrong.
Which courthouse is better/closer to go to Osceola County Courthouse or Orange County Courthouse?
How do you get there from Disney?
How long dose it take to get there and how long dose it take to do the paper work and get the license?
