Hello,

I found the perfect cabins on the RCC site. Can I do a courtesy hold on RCC.com and then still book through a TA? My TA doesn't come in until 2 and I'd hate to lose these cabins.

I doubt you can transfer a reservation on hold to a travel agent. What you could do is put them on hold, then cancel the reservation when your travel agent is in - to put the cabins back into inventory. You could also pay the deposit and then transfer the reservation to your travel agent.

As a travel agent, I've never been able to transfer an "on-hold" reservation to my agency...Only deposited reservations. As long as you don't have to pay in full at the time of booking, you can put down the required deposit and your agent can transfer your reservation from DCR to their agency. There is a form that your agent will have to fill out and you (as the traveler) will have to sign to approve the transfer. It then takes maybe a day or so for your agent to get the transfer confirmation. Hope this helps!
