Look in your stores. There are tear pads and blinkies on displays and shelves. It's not free but All You magazine has a lot of coupons in it each month. There was a thread about cheap subscriptions for it posted a couple weeks ago here on the Budget thread.

You could also join a coupon train. There are a couple of good ones here on the DIS. You could also check the websites of your favorite products, and either sign up to receive promotions, or they may have printables on their website.

I do REALLY REALLY well with coupons. I mainly stick to the Sunday inserts and printables from few blogs I follow. Some things I have learned:

1. Get multiple sets of coupons. That way you can take full advantage of the deals. I have friends/relatives/coworkers give me their coupons. If the coupons are really great one week, I will buy an extra paper or two.
2. Find coupon blogs for the stores you shop out. They will usually link the printables to the sales for you so you don't have to search all over the net.
3. Check the other newspapers in the region. Some will have better inserts than others. It is amazing how much coupons can vary from one city to the next.
4. Join an online coupon swap or buy coupon lots off ebay. This is great to get you started and build up your coupons.
