You should stand behind me in line, I use coupons at WalMart all the time. Even better, they price match too. I haven't done this but have seen quite a few people do it.
I've used coupons at Walmart, etc., but usually only the ones that are $1.00 or higher. All of the local grocery stores here double coupons that are 50 cents and under and 2 of them even double the ones that are up to 99 cents. So for the lower amount ones, it's usually a better deal for me to go to the grocery store and have it doubled than to use it at walmart because they are usually only 10-20 cents cheaper on a lot of things.
I had about 30 coupons one day at our local WalMart.... one for about every item.... and the clerk made me show her EVERY ITEM with the coupon. The other clerks were snickering and rolling their eyes, but nobody said anything to her. It was an elderly lady and I was in a hurry... none too happy with her snottiness.
Early in the ordeal I asked her if I had to show here every single item and her response was.... "Of course! I don't know if you have all of this stuff in your cart!"
Ummm.... hello, when you scan it, if the item is not on the receipt then it won't let you honor it.
I left furious and have drastically reduced my trips to WalMart since then.
