Start by reading the first post on page one of this thread. That gives a pretty good basic explanation. An envie is just an envelope. You will receive an "envie" each week from your train buddy. It will contain lots of different kinds of coupons. You'll keep some hopefully and pass the rest on to a different train buddy plus you'll buy a paper every week and pass on the new coupons from the inserts that you don't want. If you still have questions, feel free to ask here or send me a PM.
