That could be true. Holiday weekends sometimes don't have inserts. However, even if there are no inserts in the paper, you should still mail the coupons you receive this week that you don't want to your train buddy on Tuesday, 2/21. Remember the post offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 20 in celebration of Presidents' Day.
