Wanted to share a couple great deals. If any of you have a Menards store where you live, there's a really good three day sale (Fri-Sun) going on right now. You can get a ten pack of canned Starkist tuna for $7.48 with a $4.00 rebate making it .34 a can. Limit is two ten-packs. We love tuna but even if you don't, you could donate them to a food shelf at such a reasonable price.

Also Quaker Chewy Granola Bars are on sale for $1.98 a box with a $1.00 rebate on each box. There are coupons from the 8/28 Red Plum for $1 off or .75 off on two boxes of these granola bars. The limit is ten boxes. You could use them in the kids' school lunches or freeze them for Halloween treats. If you have coupons for them that would make them .61 for a box after Q's and rebate. If you don't have the Q's they're still a good deal at .98 a box after the rebate. We bought the chocolate covered peanut variety and they're very good. Too good maybe.

You can pick up the rebate slips right at the service counter at Menards. No rainchecks, unfortunately, so get there sooner rather than later.

Also I went to Harris Teeter (triple coupons) and spend $.45 and saved $33.09 today!!!! Yes that says I only spent 45 CENTS - by the way I walked out with 18 powerade's

Thanks!! Some days I just cant win my son had a reaction to his seizure meds and has hives! Now not sure if I can to my doc on Monday (gyno) but oh well. Wondering if I can strap the coupons to my blk labs back and he make it to North Florida?? ahh some way this will all work out. And you know whats weird.. for the first time I have NO coupons but tmrw is Sunday!!

I received a large envie from hoopfamily today and quickly went through them to get an envie out to you. I separated all the ones ending 09/30 but was at 1.2 oz. Figured I would throw in expiring thru 10/16 to make good use of the extra postage. The po was already closed when I dropped off but I've always had this belief they still sort on weekends so hopefully it arrives sooner than Monday's envie.
