Thanks, don't worry about it. I went to my Safeway and they had the local paper there for free and each copy had inserts so I scooped them up and sent at least 20 sets to cjnix29 so hopefully that will help replenish us

Wow! I wish our stores would do that for us! I wonder what stores usually do with their leftover papers? Think of all those unused coupons going to a landfill or recycling place instead of in our frugal hands!!

I'm sorry for sending it late; I haven't had a car (mine needs new brakes), and yesterday was the first I could use my husbands car to make it to the post office before they closed. But it's a huge envelope, so hopefully it makes up for it being late

Tell me about it, I was so excited. That was the second week I saw those papers out there and I put it in the recycle already before i checked the dates of the paper so I can stalk the Safeway for this weeks. I did however have to spend $5.70 on shipping all of those coupons but it's well worth it.

3goofyboys-I received your envelope yesterday....just in time to go shopping before the storm and cold came in. Love the entertainment book coupons....we live blocks away from Colorado Journey. We must have the same tastes in coupons...I only pulled 5 coupons.

I thought you all would enjoy my coupon escapades the last few days. I was able to use 2 coupons on makeup that was on clearance....so I got two lipstick/glosses for 50 cents a piece

Than last night I was upset that I "only" saved 34% at the grocery store last night. $16 of that was coupons (I actually went to 2 but the one doesn't figure the percent off and I never get anything there that isn't on sale.)

Mic and Min received your envie's. Princess bride yours have gone out. Sorry I have been away for awhile. Got a nasty virus in my computer and had to get it fixed. DH downloaded IE 8 which caused things to happen. Not a good way to end the year.

I haven't gotten either evie yet but I have no problem making an extra trip to the store if it is going to be something that we use and it is going to be a good deal.

Also- Please keep your cold temperatures, ice, and snow in your part of the country.

The highest our temps have been in the last 6 days is 20 degrees. Today we have started an ice storm is suppose to continue through the night. Our homes are not built for this craziness. Even with the heat up full blast the temp is still just 65 in the house AND our electric bill will be crazy next month. So I respectfully ask you to take your polar ice caps back.

The up side is that we were let our of school an hour early today and school is canceled tomorrow! YEAH long weekend. BOO for tring to catch up from the lost day next week. Yes children lets squeeze 2 days of instruction into 1- listen fast!

I have to apologize...I have not sent out your envie yet. My dog had another seizure and I completely forgot about sending the envie. I was very preoccupied. It was his 11th birthday yesterday too. Like a good dog mommy, I was doing tons of research on what I can do for him and started making some homecooked food with extra supplements yesterday. Then, I saw the envie in the car! I completely forgot to put it in the mailbox. I will take it over there today. So sorry!!!

Huh?!? You mean you don't want this miserable weather?! Right now we would give our eye teeth for 20 degrees. It's been below zero a lot, but I think the high today is supposed to be about 6 or 8 degrees. A real warm up! Yesterday we got more snow so I'm not sure that old saying about "It's too cold to snow" holds true. It was downright nasty trying to drive to a friend's house yesterday but we are supposed "to know how to drive in these conditions" seeing as how we have winter about six months out of the year.

Anyway, I pulled the shortdated coupons from the two envies and will mail those today. I'll put the others with longer expirations in Monday's envie with the new coupons from Sunday's paper. Sure hope the one I mailed to you on Monday arrives today. I suppose this bad weather is slowing all the mail delivery to a 's pace at best.
