Can I use the 10% off coupon for shulas at orlandocoupons.com if I am using a restaurant.com $25 gift certificate( that I bought for like $2.00. I guess since they both aren't coupons but maybe that is cosidered another offer

There is no where that I am aware of WDW or not, that allows stacking of discounts.
It is one or the other

Regardless of what it might be called, the restaurant.com "certificate" is a coupon. IIRC, it even states that it cannot be combined with any other discount. This is true everywhere with restaurant.com, not just Disney.
