I don't know about the one you have listed here but a while ago you could purchase a $25 gift card for like $5 on restaurant.com. I actually purchased one for each and didn't use them when i was there last time. i'm not sure they still have them for sale but maybe someone has one they aren't using that they can send you.

1 - No info.

2 - The AAA discount has not been listed at the non-hotel (signature if you will) restaurants at the S/D. It could be, but we've never seen it listed.
