if you have the coupon to get a free picture on expedition everest...you need to go to guest services after you enter the park. It is to the left as you enter. We asked a cm where to get it and he told us we had to go to guest services before you enter park so we walked all the way around and was told that you had to go inside the park. We had four coupons and they redeemed all four for us. This is the coupon that you get when you play that online game.

That is exactly what happened to us. I asked someone at the ticket window where to go and she said to guest services before you go into the park. I waited in the sun for 20 minutes and was told I had to go inside the park to the building attached to the one I was standing at. The building inside the park is air-conditioned and I was in and out in a minute.

Also, they were out of the vouchers and stamped my printed paper. I asked if it was going to be a problem at the ride and he said no, they know about it. The girl who was at the counter was lost and confused. Finally after talking to the CM next to her, she got it figured out. I think she was new because she really seemed lost. The other CM had to walk her through the entire thing.

After getting through the ticket turnstyle, it is in the building on the left. Says Guest Relations or Guest Services. Give them the coupon and they will give you a card to take to the picture place after riding.

I didn't have any problem getting my voucher at the windows outside the actual gate. The CM just said "give me a minute--I need to go get the voucher" and was back with me within a minute or two.

Unfortunately, my DS7 decided this would be the trip where he would be scared of most rides and after being a part of his melt-down on Splash Mountain earlier in the week, I gave my voucher to a nice family sitting in front/next to me. Always happy to spread a little pixie dust

Just checking on something. As long as you write down the number of your picture, then you can get the coupon later in the day (as opposed to right after rope drop), right?

i played all three episodes fairly quickly and registered for an account to receive my free picture. Cant wait to use it in November. I wonder if everyone receives the same "barcode number" because it let me save that link to my favorites since my computer is out of ink at the moment. You would think you people could print that off numberously and get more than one picture for the family.

I experienced the same thing. I went to the VMK site thinking that was the coupon. However, when I went back to the window for the game it was there.
